A gentle skin renewing facial scrub/mask that is made with natural ingredients:
- Ground almonds and oats gently scrub away dead skin.
- White kaolin clay provides a gentle detoxification.
- Lavender essential oil is great for all skin types and helps with acne, aging, scars, oiliness, dryness and skin elasticity.
- Frankincense essential oil can help to eliminate sun spots and generally tone and tighten skin, while supporting the replacement of old or dying cells with new, healthy ones.
- Ylang-Ylang essential oil can be a beneficial as an anti-inflammatory, it reduces redness by regularizing sebum production.
To use, scoop or gently shake out about a quarter size of the mixture in your palm, add water (or a base of your choice like face cleansing oil, face cream, honey, yogurt or any natural nourishing base you want) and stir into a paste. Gently massage it into your face, and rinse off with warm water. Let it sit on your skin before you rinse it off for up to 10-15 minutes to let the clay activate. Use it 1-2 times per week. Follow with toner and skin oil and/or face lotion. Enjoy the result of soft and refreshed feeling skin!
